Hi, my name is Sandy, I live in Saint Petersburg, Florida My work as a Licensed Professional Counseling, Life & Wellness Coach, as well as Behavioral Specialist, is backed with over 25 years' experience in the Mental Health as well as Medical field; 22 of which are specific to mental health and behaviors - I seek to serve with excellence. I attained both my Masters and my undergraduate degrees through Kaplan University, now known as Purdue University. My goal is to offer empowerment, encouraging you to be the BEST "You" ~ you can be.

I am client centered and reach with diversity, embodied in a very "human" approach. We offer a God-Centered atmosphere, and pride ourselves in respecting all belief systems.

After years of counseling behaviors and behavioral patterns, I came to realize there was a component missing in the overall treatment planning, this piece was "Life Coaching" - that forward motion that enables RESULTS ....and is Solution focused. Using a Mindfulness-Based approach, I have come to discover ENDLESS opportunities to Self-Empowerment.

Sandy's Design ~ A Coaching Experience was birthed within the wall of House of Hope Recovery, and now I have dedicated my practice to both the therapeutic need as well as the Life Coaching demand.
